Provide relevant input to the Compliance Risk assessment. · Contribute to the prioritization and development of a risk based compliance (monitoring) plan. · Execute monitoring activities. (Internal policies and regulatory) · Deliver report on monitoring activities. · Assist in preparing adequate reporting regarding progress against monitoring plan, significant results, and bring to the attention of team lead escalation of overdue issues. · Suggest plan changes when perceived to be necessary. · Coordinate with internal and external assurance provider and 3rd party suppliers where relevant. · Make recommendations to further increase the effectiveness of the assurance section of the Zurich Compliance Program applying to the organizational unit. · Provide support in data analyses. · Make recommendations to further increase the effectiveness of the assurance section of the Zurich Compliance Program applying to the organizational unit.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Administration, accounting, economic, engineering or IT;
- Solid experience in Internal Audit or related field;
- Advanced level of English.
