Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

- Manage and sign an active pipeline of SnappyTV users (broadcasters, leagues, and rightsholders) in Latin America.
- Manage and close deals with an active pipeline of Twitter Amplify partners (broadcasters, leagues, and rightsholders) in Latin America.
- Help partners deliver top-quality video, GIFs, photos, Vines, and other rich content to Twitter users in real-time.
- Help media partners and advertisers deliver creative and engaging media experiences on Twitter, including instant replays, live streams, photos, polls and more.
- Be an expert on the Twitter Ads platform and bring partners new advertising products and solutions.
- Be an expert on Twitter’s various video tools, including SnappyTV, video.twitter.com, Vine, Twitter video cards, Twitter website cards, and more.
- Package, pitch and drive sales of programs with both partner and Twitter sales teams from concept to activation.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive targeting recommendations, optimize workflows and establish best practices.


Requisitos

- 7+ years of sales, sponsorships or marketing experience with media companies, agencies, and advertisers.
- Ability to handle a range of business, technical and operational issues without assistance.
- Deep understanding of how digital video and television advertising is bought and sold.
- Comfort in presenting in-person to advertisers, agencies and media companies.
- Motivation to negotiate and close opportunities with partners, multiple sales teams and advertisers.
- Clear and succinct communication skills in email, sales materials and pitches.
- MBA or JD a plus but not required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Portuguese fluency is a plus


What is the job of a Partner Developer, Content Partnerships and Twitter Amplify Manager?

The Content Partnerships and Twitter Amplify team works with broadcasters, sports leagues, and producers to bring great content to Twitter’s users and brand advertisers, with an emphasis on mobile-friendly premium video, GIFs, photos, and more. Examples include sports instant replays in Tweets, bonus videos for entertainment programs, behind-the-scenes photos for live televised events, and real-time highlights from events and conferences. There are both business and technical means to get this content to the Twitter users who want it most, when they want it most. On the technical side, these tools include SnappyTV, a server-side / cloud-based video editing tool, and Twitter video cards, among others. On the business side, they include Twitter Amplify agreements and program terms for joint monetization with partners.

Partner Developers on the team work directly with media companies, TV networks, talent agencies, and sports leagues through the full life-cycle of a partnership:
- Setting partners up with SnappyTV live video clipping tools
- Negotiating the Twitter Amplify framework agreement
- Developing content packages and media plans
- Assisting sales and agency leads executing programs, and measuring their success.

The Partner Developer will also work closely with the Sales, Agency, Brand Strategy, Marketing, and Communications Teams at Twitter across Latin America, as well as Twitter Content Partnerships colleagues in New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore, and San Francisco.
