Alongside with other Latin American countries, the territory has been experimenting solid business growth and steady brand evolution, demanding a very dynamic work environment to be managed.
A sophisticated network of collaborators, the digital nature of the work Marketing team develops in Brazil, as well as the disruptive approach we have towards our business makes this an unique and exciting career opportunity in the Operations and/or Production areas.
THE ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator will be part of the Netflix Marketing team in Sao Paulo, Brazil, providing support on project development and operational aspects of its daily activities. This will include networking with different collaborators - internal and external - both in Brazil and US.
This team member will supervise all projects, making sure they are deployed in time, according to specifications and on budget. In parallel, the coordinator will also take care of all legal and accounting processes involved on their implementation.
More specifically:
- Interface with media teams at partner agencies and our internal creative and production teams, aligning on specifications of all advertising units, later on aiding on their approval, trafficking and implementation.
- Connect with Netflix legal team in the US and vendors to review, distribute and file contracts.
- Connect with Netflix accounting team and vendors to create Purchasing Orders, overseeing payment processes.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to facilitate project development, aiming on more efficient planning, budgeting and implementation.
- Co-lead, with the support of production and creative teams based in the US, the process of video production and localization of such assets for Brazil.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity to production processes with emphasis on digital production - previous work on fast moving technology and/or entertainment companies is welcome.
- Familiarity with legal and accounting processes: budgeting, billing, contract management.
- Vast knowledge of digital video production, including encoding and trafficking.
- Be able to function autonomously and effectively as part of a loosely coupled, but highly-aligned team.
- Strong project management, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, prioritization, decision making skills.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline.
