IBM Interactive Experience is currently hiring multi-talented individuals interested innovative thought-leadership and cutting-edge customer experience design and development in the areas of Information Architecture, iPhone design/development, and Rich Internet Architecture. The IBM Interactive Visual Designer is responsible for project-specific visual/information design and development. Also will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and presenting interactive web projects and mobile applications to project stakeholders.

- Involved with the project throughout the design and development cycle
- Create style treatments and implementation of vision and creative approach
- Works with the technical/solution architect to ensure technically practical application
- Will often remain in the project development through transfer of graphics/media to programming or transition the project after completion of the high level solution design
- Assists to develop the final creative approach for visual design
-Works closely with the client, local and/or virtual teams to ensure standards of excellence
-Participates in projects to vision and design graphic treatments, often while in client meetings
- Is responsible for development of final digital assets
- Experience designing interactive, high trafficked web sites and applications.
- Experience working with developers and project stakeholders
- Experience engaging customers through current social media platforms
- Very strong web and mobile industry experience, ability to advise customer decisions based on that experience.
- Experience creating design and information architecture in Photoshop, OmniGraffle, Visio and Axure.
- Ability to work well and communicate effectively with diverse teams of technical architects, other information architects, customers, project stakeholders, and creative directors
- Knowledge in user Experience design, development and delivery of interactive applications for clients
- Good knowledge of marketing & communication disciplines and experience in on/offline ad agencies
