Facebook is looking for a strategic leader with deep brand building experience and digital savvy to help marketers at Facebook’s largest clients bring their brands to life on Facebook. This role will be responsible for pursuing and leading deep collaboration with clients as well as creative and media agencies as well as representing Facebook at client events and conferences pertaining to the account category and development. The position will be based in Sao Paulo, and report directly to the Global Accounts Americas Team lead.

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership and clear direction within the Global Accounts teams, partnering with clients/agencies, presentation and delivery of results
Develop strategy and global alignment to ensure growth and achievement of international accounts revenue objectives in markets around the world
Drive the highest levels of client service by working with cross regional teams at Facebook and at our clients to improve relationships and process
Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship
Actively participate on the leadership team, embracing company culture, mission, and strategy.


Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years in brand marketing or leadership role on a creative or media agency account team, or leadership media sales role with large international clients
MBA a plus
Extensive experience in brand building, media sales and project management
Experience in managing international accounts and delivering the highest service levels to these clients
Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and contributing to client revenue growth rates above expectations
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
Ability to convert business from other media channels
Results and detail orientated
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic, passion for building consumer brands.
