Facebook is seeking an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking, Oracle Applications lead, with strong subject matter expertise in the Latin America region to support our growing presence in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia, as well as implement efficient and effective solutions to meet the evolving demands of the business. As a valued member of the IT organization, this person will be supporting the Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report business processes.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and providing subject matter expertise across various business processes, and providing application solution designs in the Latin America region
- Works closely with the business teams to understand current processes, develop innovative solutions by re-engineering processes, and ensuring the deployed solutions meet the business requirements with the goal of achieving maturity
- Provide expertise from a process perspective, leveraging the awareness of Oracle process strengths, supported best practices and assist in defining future direction
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues in production, working closely with our third party Accounting and IT Support teams
- Analyze regional data to define operational metrics, KPI’s
presents information visually in the most intuitive and aesthetic manner using dashboards to foster a culture of data driven decision making
- Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Conduct business process re-engineering workshops to innovate on business processes and define ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
- Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business in workshops and write clear functional design documents using techniques like use cases, data diagrams and process flow diagrams
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider IT organization
- Lead/Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-out

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Degree
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Application design and development
Minimum 2 years of Oracle R12 experience
Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with the RI, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Inventory modules, GL & FA modules
Strong subject matter expertise in the Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes with a clear understanding of process maturity levels
Strong leadership, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to work proficiently with minimal daily guidance
High energy individual with a strong ‘can do’ attitude – energizes people around them
Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups
Knowledge of the data models with SQL experience to write queries and perform data analysis
Spanish is a nice to have requirement.
