• Content management and performance analysis: banners, campaigns, products, brands and newsletter; projections, analysis and improvement of results; • Update of Dufry Shopping Section (Dufry.com): vouchers, leaflets, addresses, brands, products and special deals - local and global; • Dufry.com Advertising Budget control; • Contact with all global stakeholders that are co-responsible to update contents in the webportal; • Supervision of jobs/deadlines of webportal's support and translation company; • Develop projects that enhance the visits to the website – SEO, SEM and Partnership; • Develop analysis and strategies for sponsor Links campaigns together with the performance agency; • Daily Analysis of website KPI´s (Google Analytics) and the Travel Retail market behavior to develop projects, services and solutions to improve brand awareness, reduce bounce rate, enhance time on site & etc; • Visual programming of the new corporate websites; • Manage the design and creation of content for Dufry's new international websites (banners, texts, product images); • Develop reports to global campaigns and operations; • Monthly reports from Dufry website and Global Marketing Team; Content • Manage the Content Team and interface with IT and Procurement Team for the Duty Free Website, DufryShopping & Blog and Dufry.com; • Develop all online content and advertising materials (newsletters, banners with Travel Tips and Dufry World Magazine content; Social Media • Manage the Social Media Team and day to day work with Social Media agency for content creation; • Analyze the social media report; • Build the Social media Calendar with the Social Media team; • Develop the Social Media strategy together with the agency; Product Registration • Manage the Product Registration Team, project and day to day jobs with product registration SEO, content creation, photographer routine and copydesk • Product Pages content management for Duty Free Dufry website pages.
- Fluent in English (oral and written communication); - Excellent writing skills and copydesk (Mandatory) *This position will be responsible for content copydesk approval) - Excellent oral and written communication, with full Portuguese and English proficiency (mandatory); - Proven experience in digital marketing planning; - Experience with online retail and digital marketing projects; - Team Coordination; - Planning and digital media negotiation; - Deep knowledge of SEO. ESSENTIAL: University degree in Digital Communications or Advertising (Focus in DIGITAL is mandatory), at least 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing Area, advanced knowledge in Content Creation, Social Media, Reporting with Data Analysis focus (webanalytics), Google Adwords, Google Analytics skills. • Desirable: MBA in Digital communication and Business Case creation is a plus. Google Analytics Certified desirable.
