. Amazon is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing program manager to generate awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) cloud computing platform in LATAM. This job is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.
· As Marketing Program Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for proposing, defining and driving regional marketing programs and events and will work with marketing team in Latin America, as well as in the corporate office in the US, to deliver marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads in your market/ Geo.
· The right candidate is extremely data-driven and comfortable with planning and executing on various stages of marketing campaigns spanning both user acquisition and retention; has proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment, has a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and an unbridled passion for technology.
Job Duties
· Create and successfully drive innovative and effective marketing programs, including digital and online marketing campaigns, lead and demand generation programs, usage programs, webinar programs, prepare promotions based on opportunities analysis, organize events and tradeshows using as content generator for Digital strategy, etc.
· Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and nurture programs to target technical and business decision makers and developers throughout Latin America.
· Assist field marketers with scoping of design for the build of automated marketing programs and reporting using Salesforce.com, Marketo, Sharepoint, Tableau, Google Analytics, Omniture (Adobe) and content management system (CQ5).
· Plan and execute a series of events targeting the full spectrum of customers, such as user groups, joint events with key partners, CXO events, startup events, hackathons and more.
· Work closely with respectively stakeholders: sales, technical teams, PR, upper management, and field evangelists to deliver successful marketing programs in the assigned territory
· Monitor and track program results using analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, also using data to support innovative programs and campaigns for Region/ Geo.
· Perform as a writer of case studies, success stories, managing the entire internal approval and publication process.


Requisitos

. Several years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
· Time management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance and keen attention to detail.
· Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to managers and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
· Demonstrated success in event management, product management, and/or project management.
· Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
· Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English required.
· Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as Salesforce.com, HTML, and online analytics packages.
· Experience with email marketing tools - Marketo and Correios Revelation
· Previous experience working with Startups, Accelerators and Incubators.

· Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
· Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
· International experience, living and working abroad a plus.
