AMARO is hiring a Retail & Merchandise Planner to act as a cross-team multi-tasker to improve the company's inventory planning online retail capabilities. Your mandate is to translate the brand's vision into profitable results by leveraging the company's creative, products and analytics teams.
You will interpret the company's BI, web analytics and performance marketing results on a daily basis to make changes in real-time and optimize against performance benchmarks (revenue/day, average ticket, CR, ROI). You will keep a close eye on the Brazilian and foreign fashion markets, interpret the retail strategies of the main players and their product offerings.
You'll take care of all visual site merchandising, pricing and planning of promotions. You will coordinate creative assets across the organization by keeping our Creative team on track with content scheduling and execution.
The ideal candidate is analytical, precise, highly organized and in love with fashion. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that requires a self-reliant, driven and outgoing individual. Previous work experience at a fashion brand or online fashion company is required.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Project sales volumes for upcoming collections and break it down into collections, categories and sub-categories
- Continuously enhance the existing inventory model to improve forecast accuracy and inventory turnover
- Daily analyze performance of collections, categories and individual products with the goal to identify opportunities for growth
- Be responsible for product pricing, plan promotions, and improve understanding of price elasticity of customers
- Daily identify fast selling categories/styles and work with Products and Production departments to restock/reassort them
- Daily identify slow-selling products and work with Marketing department to improve their performance
- Be in contact with the Customer Service department to identify opportunities to sell and anticipate spikes in demand
- Be responsible for visual site merchandising and placement of products on landing pages
- Be responsible for online storefront, category tree management, and collection activations
- Keep a tab on the market and monitor/analyze product offerings of main competitors
- 3+ years of work experience at a fashion brand or online fashion company
- A good nose for sales and markets. Product knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience with inventory planning, rotation, and category management, merchandising, retail marketing
- Excellent taste and sensibility for how products fit together in a larger retail picture
- Ability to multi-task and meet more deadlines in a day than most people do in a month
- Graduation in Marketing, Fashion Retail Management, or Business Administration
- Advanced IT skills and knowledge of Excel
- Advanced level of English
