**Purpose** :
Plays a critical role in improving the business and user experience through the analysis of consumer, marketing, and site activity, acting as key point of contact with Latin America markets. This role goes beyond reporting of what has happened to making data-based recommendations that inform future business direction and drives continuous improvement for main analytics kpis.
**Key Accountabilities**:
* Core to Web Analytics (Business Insight Manager):
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand relevant goals, targets, and KPIs. Create reports and dashboards to support business objectives. Train and support business users to empower them to make data-driven decisions
* Support tagging/ tracking of campaigns
* Provide traffic and conversion reports and updates/comments on main deviations (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Analyse and provide recommendations to improve conversion funnel fallout
* Support Global Web Analytics Manager in expanding international measurement framework
* Share global insights with regional business analytics and user experience teams
* Analyse third party data and industry research to establish and report on benchmarks and identify relevant emerging trends
* Demonstrate impact on main KPIs and provide follow-up recommendations Core to Online Insight Manager:
* Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to support enhancements to site usability, content, marketing, and the overall customer experience
* Define and manage research and analysis programs to create data-driven insights about consumer behaviour, traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation and product selection
* Analyse and provide recommendations to improve conversion funnel fallout and Real State optimization
* Drive product recommendation (Certona)
* Create pre- and post- analyses to support, projects, A/B testing, marketing programs. Demonstrate impact on key KPIs and provide follow-up recommendations
* Coordinate A/B and MVT-testing activities and identify gaps in data capture Core to Project Management:
* Establish bi-weekly meetings & frequent communication with eCommerce Country Managers, and proactively follow up on defined actions.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously on a global level
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights
* Excellent problem solving skills; able to identify, analyse and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external clients and vendors, both orally and in writing
* The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level
* Strong MS office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
* Action-oriented with the ability to multi-task and discern priorities
* Understands and can calculate retail math and ecommerce key performance indicators
* A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
* Functional knowledge of eCommerce content, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, user experience, analytics and core eCommerce capabilities.
**Qualifications**:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or quantitative field
* Hand-on experience in enterprise web analytics and web analytics tools such as Coremetrics, Omniture, or Webtrends.
* Experience with AB and Multi-variate testing tools preferred (eg. Optimizely, Sitespect, Test & Target)
* Experience with Voice of Customer tools preferred (eg. Foresee, OpinionLab)
