Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

Responsible for a team of 10 people, with delivery of fee reports referring to health and dental benefits, for discount on payroll to Aon customers.
Track or process two processes monthly with the management of the SLA KPI (measure or execute the area using tools and reports in a massive data in Excel spreadsheet).
Analyze processes and provide constant improvements.
Participation in projects of the Operations Directorate focused on production, qualification and automation.
Mapping new demands and interlocution with technology for automation.
Responsible for delivering and executing end-to-end initiatives and tasks in the deployment area, as defined in the project plan, to meet the agreed goals, working with the teams on two pillars, with agreed scope and specificities.
Ensure that there is a common understanding, by establishing and communicating expectations, in accordance with the project plan and documentation, for all principalities involved and team members.
Raise and maintain the decisions and actions with the team, taking responsibility for the deadlines, in order to ensure that the relevant tasks are completed without deadlines, according to the requirements and budget.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, covering different sizes and complexities to meet business requirements and deliver results
Assess and document customer needs and according to implementation activities
Negotiate and manage controls and cadastral flow: presentation and monitoring of inconsistencies, review of transfers and activities.
Guide customers through applicable Aon rules, specifications and processing documentation.
Identify the appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms, etc.) to be provided by customers.
Handle multiple implementation projects in parallel
Management of the team that is allocated to customers and / or internally, as well as oriented, operational flow control, feedback, establishment and review of goals and record of team notes;


Requisitos

Experience leading people
Previously experience working with service solutions connecting with a diverse shapes of projects and clients business needs;
